The name Soul Synergy reflects the idea of bringing different energies and healing practices together in harmony. "Soul" represents the deep, inner part of ourselves, and "Synergy" means the combined effect of multiple elements working together to create something more powerful.
So, we blend various healing modalities to create a unique and powerful experience. Each session can vary in its focus and theme, drawing from kundalini activation, reiki, yoga, and sound healing. While not every modality will be included in every session, you will experience at least two, thoughtfully combined. This fluid approach promotes balance, healing, and alignment, guiding you towards a state of inner unity and well-being.
Whether you're familiar with holistic practices or just beginning, Soul Synergy offers an inclusive space to nurture yourself, reconnect, reset and experience a gentle yet profound shift in your overall balance and vitality.

What to expect
During the session you can experience a range of sensations, states of bliss, body movements, emotional releases.. But what matters the most is what comes after: the focus is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. The real changes in your life occur because of these major internal shifts, a profound unblocking of your energy centers and a deeper connection to your intuition and to your true self 🌀

- Wear comfortable and warm clothes. A good idea is layers you can remove if you get too hot with the energy.
- Try not to eat food or drink caffeine at least 2 hours before the session so you arrive on an empty stomach. This will make you more sensitive to the energy.
- Please try to avoid alcohol or substances 24h before and after the session.

I understand that Kundalini Activation may involve physical movements as well as an opportunity for stress reduction and improvedmental well being. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious, disabling or fatal, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.
Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Kundalini Activation is not recommended and is not safe for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health, physical and mental condition to participate in such a program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice Kundalini Activation and participation is at my own risk. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Kundalini Activation and it's instructors.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have no previous experience with energy, can I still attend?
YES! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a class is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy it has nothing to do with experience, Kundalini Activation is about feeling, not knowing.. All you have to do is to relax and have an open mind.
What is the difference between a transmission in person & online?
The online classes are not much different to the in person classes. Some people are more comfortable to relax and receive the energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable in their homes. This can affect the intensity one feels in a session. Some people find the energy to be slightly milder online while others feel like it’s equally powerful. Beginners might need one or a few more classes to activate than they would have in person.
What happens after a class?
There is a whole range of things that may happen after a class, including the early to the later signs of kundalini awakening. Kundalini Activation is an energy lineage that holds a wide range of frequencies beneficial for higher states of consciousness and spiritual growth in addition to the traditional kundalini signs/symptoms. This process removes energetic blocks and connects you to your higher self/source, it will look different for each individual.
Can it physically heal my body?
Kundalini Activation is not a substitute for medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is mainly for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness. However, many students do report physical healings early on, after only one or a few sessions. But of course this is not guaranteed, nor is it the primary purpose.
Who should NOT do Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini Activation is not recommended for those prone to mania, delusion or psychosis. As this process will expand your capacity to feel you will have to be able to handle the emotional process in between sessions. If this is too difficult to handle on your own, we recommend you not to continue with the sessions.
I am pregnant, can I still attend a class?
If you are pregnant and in your third trimester we recommend you to wait until after birth to continue with the transmissions. Before the third trimester (7-9 months) it is ok to attend as long as you are feeling well and can without problems participate in activities such as gym activities or yoga, for example. Always let your facilitator know that you are pregnant before a session. It is the clients responsibility to know their individual limitations recommended by their doctor and to be aware of what positions to avoid that can be harmful to mother or baby.
I am depressed/ anxious, can I still attend a class?
Yes. Many students report that Kundalini Activation helped them with their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you’re on antidepressant medication there’s a possibility that you could be less sensitive to the energy.
