Embracing the Dance of Contrasts
Just as night follows day and summer follows winter, our experiences are shaped by the interplay of opposites. This duality helps us appreciate the diverse facets of existence. Dark and light are both necessary and valuable, so could either of these concepts exist without their counterpart? Not really.
Here, I invite you to embrace and nurture all your sides to move towards unity.
Yin
represents the passive, receptive, and nurturing aspects of the universe. It embodies our shadow side, coolness, intuition, and the energy of the moon. Yin symbolizes stillness, introspection, and the unseen forces that add depth and meaning to life. Being in touch with your inner guidance system is a characteristic of this energy.
The Divine Feminine is the nurturer of manifestation, and its essence rests in openness and sensitivity, guiding us to be with the flow of life.
Yang
symbolises the active, dynamic, and assertive elements of the universe. It is associated with our external side, light, warmth, vibrancy, and the energy of the sun. Yang represents movement, expansion, and the visible forces that drive change. Embodying leadership, resilience and strength are traits of this energy.
The divine masculine is the architect of manifestation. It doesn't hide from feelings; it leads with empowerment and confidence, embracing the truth in one another. There is nothing that cannot be created; there is nothing that we cannot do.
Myself
I'm a passionate scorpio originally from Brazil, now based in London. From a young age, I've always felt a deep connection to spirituality and used arts, music, and dance to express my feelings.
Yoga came into my life 12 years ago, and I immediately felt a sense of belonging in the practice that embraced me. After working as a pastry chef for a decade, I decided to change the course of my professional life:
I took a leap of faith and went to India to become a yoga instructor. Since then, I have also become a Reiki Master and a Kundalini Activation facilitator.
My latest realisation is that sound and music, which I am deeply passionate about, are immensely important in all my practices. So, I am currently training in Sound Healing to integrate these elements into my work as a healer.
My goal now is to share my knowledge and positively impact people's lives through a holistic, genuine, and compassionate approach. As a practitioner, teacher, and facilitator, I emphasise self-awareness and openness. I aim to inspire and challenge my students while supporting their physical, mental, and energetic well-being.
